Hey to you, who take the time to follow me. Been a minute I know. Lots of moving from home to new home (apartment), and job changes. I have a room mate now to help make paying the bills easier, and have also found an old love of mine again.
When I was in high school, I remember going for long walks and hikes. Usually with friends, but not exclusively so. I always loved being outdoors, and I get a creative spark from it, as well a spiritual healing.Anyway, as it turns out my new room mate is an avid hiker. Since moving in together, he has taken me on several hikes, and wow, am I out of shape! But, he is patient, and understanding, so we continue, as weather allows to go out. He goes more often, but he also has the clothes for it. Having only recently moved from Tennessee, I am not equipped for long or really cold hikes at this time. Need warm clothes to wear. He is talking about an overnight hike, I am certain, it will be cold, if I want to go, got to figure out a way to make some money to warm up. Now, i am rambling!
Anyway, not only does the hiking help me in health, and in getting in touch with my spiritual self, it has always helped my creative flow. Being around such breathtaking beauty is contagious. It is also addictive! SO, on these little escapes, I do take my camera, obsessed with bringing home as much of the beauty as I can to keep inspiring me when I am unable to go out in the woods or climb a mountain. The plus side, is that because of these excursions, I have some really beautiful photography to share with you! We always try to gauge our trips with the sunset, and on one occasion a sunrise! It was amazing! Anyway, I will share pics of these as well as new art I have made since my break to get settled in a new life. I do hope you enjoy them and am planning on making prints available very soon. If you see one you like, or even more than one, feel free to contact me here, or at any of my shops, facebook or even twitter to let me know your wish! This is the season, for wishes and dreams, so feel free.
Lottery updates are the norm, since I started this blog to log my goal of winning the lottery this year. I haven't won yet, but intend to win still. If time is playing a joke on me, then maybe it will be next year, but I know above all else, I am going to win! My business will be going well, very soon, and life is all what you make it to be. Even when it seems like everything is going the opposite direction. So hang in there, have a glorious holiday season, not politically correct by the way, just want everyone to have fun celebrating however they do it! Sending my love to you and all those you love, diana
